久しぶりに…
今日、娘の小学校で、運動会で行う、PTA競技の練習をしました♪
ラグビーボールを蹴りながら決まったコースを一周するんですが、なんと夕方から、激筋肉痛(;_;)
歳はとりくないです…( ´△｀)
